As co-owner and VP of ACG, Greg Boush works with customers to offer a comprehensive land development experience.
Greg’s involvement with developers and builders during the feasibility and entitlement stages of projects allows him to provide budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling support. This process facilitates the removal of obstacles and allows the projects to start smoothly and on time. Once a project begins, Greg manages all strategic aspects, keeping the customer fully informed of schedule, budget, and general project updates.
A Proven Management Style
Greg believes in giving the customer the luxury of having as much or as little involvement in the construction process as they wish, giving them the ability to focus on more pressing matters. He does this by employing a proven management style, which includes effective communication, close attention to detail, and planning multiple steps ahead to eliminate inefficiencies and delays. Following substantial completion, Greg continues to be engaged in post-construction activities, such as municipal walkthroughs and acceptance for warranty to ensure the customer’s ultimate objectives are met.
