Thomas is a Project Estimator with over five years’ experience in the heavy civil industry. Driven by attention to detail he provides the customer with the highest quality product at the best value. Thomas has been located in the triangle for five years after receiving a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The architecture and heavy civil backgrounds make for a great fit for producing both residential and civil estimates, working closely with customers assessing budgets, and finding value engineering opportunities throughout project development. Thomas believes that client communication and the utilization of modeling programs through project development and planning are crucial to understanding constructability and finding efficiencies within the work plan while mitigating risk and issues found in the field.
