Chris has been in the construction industry for ten years and has balanced that time between the field and office in varying capacities. As Risk Compliance Manager, Chris has revamped ACG’s Safety Policy to better relate to the company’s field conditions and specific scopes of work, ensures that each and every individual at ACG has been properly trained according to company policies, and monitors staff, tools, trucks and equipment to ensure everyone and everything is in compliance. In addition to these core roles, Chris acts as a bridge between field and office staff to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, often acting as the office ‘eyes and ears’ in the field to report any issues or communicate inefficiencies so that ACG can always be improving. He works closely with the foremen in the field to make sure the crew and project needs are met so that the company is operating safely and without disruption to schedule.
