With over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors, Caleb has developed multiple skill sets which include operations, fleet management, and equipment coordination. After starting his career with a local municipality, where he worked for 10+ years, Caleb has expanded his expertise further by working for a local Police Department.
Currently at Allegiance Contracting Group, Caleb plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of field operations by supplying field staff with the necessary tools and equipment. He is also responsible for scheduling maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Caleb collaborates closely with superintendents and managers, providing operational support to ensure daily activities are executed efficiently.
