Since 2015, Reinaldo has successfully managed and completed several major Heavy Civil projects across the United States, particularly in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Reinaldo moved to Florida in 2014 to further his career in project management within the heavy civil construction industry. In 2020, he relocated to North Carolina to continue advancing his career and contributing to significant infrastructure projects in the region. Reinaldo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Over the past decade, he has developed a comprehensive understanding and expertise in managing large-scale projects, collaborating with various government entities, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
